60-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Valefield, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after your product arrives to request a return. Our process is designed to be completely hassle-free to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible.

Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Free Returns & Shipping

We believe you shouldn't have to pay to return a product you don't love. Valefield offers free returns for all domestic orders within the United States. We partner with reliable carriers, including UPS and FedEx, to ensure your return is handled safely and efficiently.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@valefield.com with your order number.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided UPS or FedEx label.
  4. Drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
